Hi, my name is Shoneez Achmat. I am a certified Life Skills Coach and Facilitator at Academy of Life Coaching. I specialize in young teens and adolescents finding their way through this jungle called life. Although the young humans are my focus, I welcome anyone who is in search for themselves or simply needs someone to confide in.

I practice one-on-one coaching and couples coaching which includes spouse's and sibling rivalry. I also deal with group/family coaching.

I concentrate on the client's needs to grow and reach their goals which will leave them content and feeling balanced. I specialize in Relationships, Mindfulness and Goal setting. I also guide children of all ages who seek assistance and support through challenges they might be facing.

The communication between my coach and I was extremely important and I am grateful that I have received such good communication from her. Although, our session might be over, we still keep in contact and with all of her help, I have managed and continue to implement the things that she has taught me with regards to dealing with stressful situations. I highly recommend Shoneez Achmat to be anyone’s life coach because we all need some guidance and support in our lives and she is by far one of the best Life Coaches to do so!
