I am Maryam, a Guidance Counsellor specialised in Strengthening Marital Relationships. With my expertise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rogerian Therapy and Relapse Prevention, I work with couples to be and couples to build healthy marital relationships through Premarital Counseling, Couples therapy and Strengthening marital relationships Counseling. I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years. I provide mental health services to individuals struggling with stress and anger management, trauma, self esteem related issues which has affected their relationships to improve them. My therapeutic style is gentle and client centered.
My hobbies are spending quality time with family and traveling.
