Saniya Asiff

Asalamalekum, my name is Saniya and I am a certified Growth Mindset Coach with a masters degree in Psychology. I specialize in coaching Muslim women (in particular) in overcoming their learned helplessness and navigating complexities of narcissistic, financial and social abuse (to name a few.)

I work with them to help process past and ongoing trauma and pain and enable them to productively overcome strife's of life. My approach is one of positivity, gratitude and compassion. My mantra is “Let’s not just survive but thrive!”
