You have a timeless & inherent wisdom-I walk with you to meet it. I am a Holistic Life Coach and Somatic therapist. I use the modalities of kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine and chiropractic (non-invasive) in my sessions. I'm also currently studying hypnotherapy.

I've worked with clients to achieve goals related to physical health, productivity, emotional healing & clarity, finances, career/business, spirituality and how they show up in relationships. I aim to hold a space of safety, curiosity for your vast capabilities and most importantly, your agency.

In session, you can expect to learn basic kinesiology testing, about the emotions underlying physical dis-ease as well as the effectiveness of personal narrative. Your body, behaviors & words hold so many more answers than you could ever imagine-I'd love to witness your discovery of them.
