As a certified Senior Mentor Practitioner (CMP) from the South African Board and a member of the American Board of Hypnosis and Neurolinguistics, I am dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. I am also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and have successfully integrated Islamic values into my therapies to help strengthen relationships.

My goal is to assist individuals struggling with relationship issues using my newly modeled coaching program, which empowers women to think and feel better about themselves, without getting caught up in family politics. I am also an experienced senior practitioner of Silva and Reiki practices, which enable me to help my clients prepare for future opportunities. In addition, I have completed my Orton Gillingham training from the South African state government, which has helped me to assist young clients in achieving academic success.

I am a psychotherapist and master life coach with extensive experience in providing structured literacy for Quran to special needs students. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Therefore, I conduct a thorough assessment of my clients' problems and choose the appropriate therapy method that solves their problem quickly and efficiently, whether it be CBT, ABA, Timeline Therapy, EMDR, Hypnosis, IEP, or other methods. I prioritize my clients' time and money and use fast-track methods for all therapies.

Throughout my 10-year career, I have never seen a client take more than 12 sessions to resolve their problem. I operate my clinic in South Africa and also work on multiple platforms. I specialize in assisting individuals with relationship issues, life improvements, traumas, addiction, academic issues, behavior issues, phobias, PTSD, pre/postnatal issues, pre/post marital counseling, disorders (eating, dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, Autism), self-resilience issues, self-conscious issues (anger, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, agitation, nervousness, etc.), full-spectrum consciousness (service, internal, transformational, etc.), preteen and teen issues, and parenting guidelines.
