Hi, my name is Yasmeen Tarek AlNajjar. In 2020, I was so confused about what to do in life, my identity, likes, dislikes, values, career path and love life. I felt something was off and that I need to understand my entire self-including my personality, strengths, interests, passion, purpose and meaning of life. As I come from a medical background and the love of learning is rooted deep inside of me, I started my journey in self-discovery. Attended many psychology and wellbeing courses until I decided to become a certified life coach. I studied coaching with the intention for self-awareness and development, but after that I felt I have an urge to help people understand themselves better and experience these awakening moments.
Since 2021, I help people express their authentic selves, overcome their fears and barriers, break their bad habits, break their limiting beliefs, connect with their hearts and BECOME their most empowered versions they could be to live a life full of life.
