I am a practicing Clinical psychologist, having extensive experience and a passion working with children, adolescents and adults alike. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I earned my Bachelors in Social Sciences as a Psychology major from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi in 2018. Taking that as a starting point in my career, I then continued my studies at IPP/Bahria University and completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology.
Not only do I have over 300 hours of experience in therapy but I have also completed 50 hours of training in Drama Therapy recently.
I take pride in using eclectic approach to deal with behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, trauma and body image issues, depending on the needs of my clients. My area of expertise also includes helping clients with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.
I focus on connecting with my clients to be able to create a lasting impact on them, not just throughout the therapy process but also after it's been terminated. I am equally enthusiastic and knowledgeable to work with individuals and families, using techniques of play therapy, art therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT). I am delighted to meet my clients both in person and virtually.
