I am Hina. In 2018, I was first diagnosed with PCOS. I absolutely had no idea up until that point what it really was except that it is some sort of hormonal imbalance. I was prescribed birth control pills with metformin. Few months went by, and I had no signs of period on metformin.
I started learning and studying more about PCOS which eventually led my way to become a NASM certified Fitness Nutritionist. I went on to help several many women for Free by sharing my knowledge and insights about PCOS. I became so passionate about learning and researching latest studies and information on PCOS. I eventually started taking private clients while studying to become a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
I have helped many women struggling with infertility to become pregnant with my science and evidence-based approach. I have made myself knowledgeable in this space and had a fantastic experience of becoming pregnant and birthing two beautiful daughters who are almost 2 under 2.
I never experienced issues conceiving my babies as I reversed my PCOS; infact conceived both of them in the very first month we tried. With my signature framework, I customize each and every client’s needs and help them have their babies.
