Taniya founded her online coaching services in January 2018, after her worst period of burn out. From her personal experiences and online coaching experiences she is able to provide exceptional support. Having been an online coach for a couple of years, she has a strong presence in many online communities and is seen as an expert on burn out.

Taniya hosted an Online Summit in November 2018 on Burn Out, where she interviewed top coaches and authors. She began her Business targeting Social Workers and Health Care Professionals and is now able to expand her support to all professions.

Taniya primarily works with coaches, helping them to reconnect with themselves after they have been burnt out by the coaching industry. She is able to provide bespoke support at many levels and encourage her clients to continue to build their business despite the information overwhelm.
