If yes, I was once you. So much so that I went from being a high performer to an over thinker and then someone who couldn't even get off his own bed. I had developed an anxiety disorder and was clinically depressed.
Being tired and frustrated of feeling helpless and hopeless, I decided to make a change forever. This decision led me on a journey of discovering my true purpose in life. I went deep into understanding how to create lasting change and design a life that is worth living. A life of passion and purpose.
The knowledge, experience, tools and systems that I learnt and developed along the way have put me in a unique position to be able to coach and guide over a thousand lives through my 1:1 coaching, seminars, workshops and social media content. I am grateful to be leading a life of passion and purpose.
