I am a client-centered psychologist based in London, UK with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from NUST, Islamabad with a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, UK. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and am committed to providing evidence-based treatment. I am culturally sensitive and have successfully facilitated people from different backgrounds and religious affiliations to connect with themselves enabling them to focus on their wellbeing holistically.

I strongly believe that mental health support is everyone's need and it should be as accessible to high-functioning individuals as everyone else. I have over 6 years of experience working in various settings, including oncology care, palliative care, and mental health. Previously, I have facilitated highly educated executives, entrepreneurs, celebrities, senior academicians, and students to understand themselves better, nurture their abilities and achieve their goals. I am skilled in conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based individual psychotherapy and counseling, and leading support groups.

I specialize in working with South Asian local and ex-pat clients. I use an evidence-based client-centered therapeutic approach that focuses on helping clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also provide psychological assessment and individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Solution Focused and Mindfulness-based Approaches.
