Hi, my name is Rukaiya. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I graduated with honors from an American based university. I have worked with adolescents for almost 10 years. I am currently finishing my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have minored in trauma and done courses in mindfulness as well. I offer both physical and online therapy to individuals, couples and families. I also offer group therapy to women struggling with identity.
I have experience in working with recovering addicts and their families. My treatment modality uses systemic approach which includes different systems of the individual during therapy.
