I am a PhD candidate and a registered Organizational Psychologist. I have also volunteered in my community Victim Support Unit providing counselling to victims of crime.
In my work I take a positive psychology approach which focuses on strengths and building what is strong in you in addition to just “fixing” problems. I have helped clients in and out of the workplace as our lives are not neatly separated, one affects the other.
As part of all my counselling and training I use validated assessments to help you discover and use strengths and navigate the stress and challenges of work and life while helping you build resilience and enhance your wellbeing.

Yes you can. However, it is recommended that you contact them first to discuss availability and to schedule a suitable time for your session.
You will have full access to the Service Provider according to whichever medium you both decide on. This could include setting up a video call online, a phone conversation, or an in person meeting.
