I’m Nada. I am an Arab American who specializes in helping people overcome their challenges stemming from trauma related experiences. As your Trained and Certified Women Wellness Integrative Coach, Life Coach and Clarity Catalyst trainer, my ultimate passion is to get you to feel confident again as we explore new possibilities to find your purpose without the guilt.

I have a background in education and while spending those years collectively strategizing opportunities to improve children's lives while in behavior therapy, I can say that change is possible.
I love spending time with my kids. Working out at the gym and lifting is my therapy and safe space. I ski, hangout with my family and travel. Being available and reliable is very important to keep the fun alive. Two years ago, I lost my dad to sepsis. He was my best friend, my backbone and missing puzzle piece. It was a very hard, dark and lonely place. I come to you today to continue his legacy just like he was there for so many.
Together we will overcome and rebuild your strengths as we shift into a more fulfilling life, because putting you first is important, especially after experiencing loss. We all have gone through some type of trauma. Whether it's a loss of a job, a loved one, money or a big move.
