• I am a Wellbeing & Business Coach who is passionate about helping individuals and corporates thrive. With over 8 years of experience in the coaching industry, I have helped individuals and businesses achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing, find their unique strengths and increase their productivity. I am a Professional and Positive Psychology Coach from Intellect who adheres to the ICF's Code of Ethics, with over 14 years of experience in operations and management in SME’s , which gave me:
• A wide understanding of human needs & struggles and how to bridge the gap between different role players at the workplace.
• A practical experience of handling the challenges & demands of the business.
• An on-ground experience in Team Leadership through challenging times ( tight budget constraints , layoffs , high workload & stress as well as communication challenges.

My approach to coaching is holistic, taking into account all aspects of the individuals life, both personal and professional.
