Hi! I'm Dina, a passionate advocate for mental health and a licensed psychotherapist based in the UK. My journey into this incredible field has been anything but linear. It's been a mosaic of diverse experiences that have shaped my path and brought me to where I am today.

In addition to owning and operating an aerial studio, where I witness the strength, resilience, and vulnerability of individuals, I have also been on my own personal journey of healing and growthier it a tremendous privilege to accompany individuals on their own journeys of reclaiming their lives and finding inner peace.
