I am Zeba a RCI licensed Rehabilitation and Counseling psychologist with MA Counseling Psychology, PG Diploma In Rehabilitation psychology and also PG Diploma in Counseling and Guidance from Barkatullah University With over a decade of experience in the field, I specialize in providing therapy for individuals, adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges.
I am skilled in 300 techniques from 12 different psychotherapies in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychotherapy (PPT), Art therapy, Hypnotherapy, Graphology and mindfulness techniques to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I am committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and culturally sensitive care to all my clients and deeply passionate about helping others live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
