About Me
I am a Holistic Birth Educator and health and Well-Being Coach for Women from Prenatal to Postnatal. The services I provide are vast and include lactation Support Services, Counselling for trauma and loss, Perinatal Mental Health, Cranial sacral release for mums and babies, Homeopathy, Nutritional advice, Womb Health, Postnatal Wellness Treatments, and far too many to list.
As an Early Years Practitioner for over 30 years, my interest and knowledge in Child Health naturally immersed me into my current work with families as a Birth Educator and Consultant.
As a Mother of five and now a grandmother of four, I want to ensure mothers have far better outcomes by being fully informed in all aspects of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
In this modern world, there is a decline in support and care for new Mothers and many are struggling with their Mental well-being.
I am determined to make a difference and ensure no Mother feels abandoned or alone. Through my current work, I know that holding the Mother can improve and change this outcome.
I offer family support counselling during the transition to parenthood and beyond.
I provide guidance on a variety of topics, including marriage and relationship counseling, trauma management, family therapy, and talk therapy for children and teens. I also cover adult fertility, menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, and many other related areas.
