About Me
I identify with many roles in this life, I am grateful to share that I am a wife, mother to two boys, I am a daughter, sister, a mental health first aider, a deep transformational coach but underneath all those labels I am a spiritual being having a human experience in this realm.
I identify with deep coaching as it is my deepest passion to serve those around me. I feel an undeniable sense of Oneness with my Creator and all around me, I have found that the most authentic way for me to express this Oneness is through serving those around me like yourself by supporting you to become the best and highest version of yourself. What makes this experience all the more personal is my own journey and experiences of having felt the impact of having support coupled with showing up for myself and doing the self work. The transformation in how I now experience myself and those around me has been one from fear, anxiety, scarcity, worthlessness to experiencing everything more joyfully, lighter, abundant, a stronger self belief and having formed more meaningful connections with others. Life has just become much more easier! This does not mean there are no challenges or chaos it just means that it is way easier to manage those harder moments with clarity and peace.

I offer a deep coaching session, what this looks like is:
- a session whereby we are partners and equals and neither one is superior than the other

I include pockets of meditation within the sessions as and when I feel called to lead us inwards.
Having also received some training in Mental Health first aiding I am able to provide a client with some support when they are experiencing a mental health symptom or condition and then refer them to a psychologist or counselor. This experience also allows me to look out for symptoms and share my observations with clients to bring to their awareness possible conditions that may need other professional support.
I have some experience and a certification in developmental facilitation and I am able to co-facilitate group events both online and in person.
Focus Area
- Supporting another in their journey of growth, this can be as simple as helping a client achieve their desired goals or it can be being a presence in someone's life whereby they feel seen, heard and accepted no matter what they are going through.
