About Me
Im Zahie, Im a mother to two and Im living in Sydney, Australia. Im degree qualified social worker, completed my social work degree in Australia. I have years of experience in child protection, trauma counselling including sexual assault counselling. I am a certified conscious parent coach trained by Dr Shefali Tsabary and work as a parent counsellor and coach. Im also a tuning into kids and Bringing up Great Kids facilitator which have been attained in Australia. Ive also completed parenting workshop from an Islamic Lense by Ustadha Dalya ayoub.
I too was once that mother that was always yelling and found parenting so hard (harder than what it needed to be) it wasnt until I sought professional support and worked on my triggers parenting changes and got easier for me. Conscious parenting is at the heart of my approach. I work with you as the parent as once you as the parent is better able to show up for yourself and learn and adapt a whole new way of responding things shift with and for your child.
I dont believe in perfect parenting it really doesnt exist, so this is something I also emphasis in my work.

Help mothers Understand their child's behavior and development and parent in accordance.
I work with mothers to support them develop more confidence, connection and boundaries with their kids.
I support with dealing with tantrums, conflicts, power struggles, sibling rivalry, and all biggest parenting challenges.
Work with mothers to address underlying triggers, patterns and emotional wounds contributing to their parenting challenges.
