About Me
I am a senior accredited Counsellor with the UK governing body the ACCPH. I am a level 7 certified Life Coach. I am also a qualified school teacher with 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience in outstanding schools in the UK. I have a private practice in Counselling and have a range of skills from Life Coaching to Mentoring, to offer a dynamic approach to therapy.
My approach to therapy is through a solution oriented focus and a person centred approach. We will look on the underlying factors of the client's needs, wants and desires to better understand yourself. This is done through having a better understanding of oneself and how to create goals and motivations for self improvement. This is underpinned with a focus on self growth, improvement and understanding of emotion, thoughts, feelings and how to better regulating them.
I have completed a One year Post Graduate Aalim Class Course and have taught Quran, tafseer and Islamic mentoring and youth based workshops. I have experience in dealing with Gender Dysphoria.

English specialism for entrance exams, adult learners and have bespoke teaching up to 16 years of age and adult learners for all national and statutory examinations and syllabi.
Private school preparation.
I also specialise in bespoke online teaching mediums from Skype, google classrooms and zoom using innovative online resources such as animations to moodle class teaching.
Islamic / Quran classes
One to one and group sessions for Quran teaching from basic reading to memorisation.
