My journey into mental health wasn't just a professional choice—it was personal, deeply woven into the fabric of my own experiences and observations within my household and the families around me. It began during my teaching days. I noticed how my students trusted me with their feelings and worries, finding comfort in our conversations. It made me realize I had the ability to offer them a safe space.

This sparked a thought: "What if I could do more?"

Encouraged and motivated by my colleagues and students, I decided to dive deeper into understanding mental health. Their belief in me led me to pursue and complete certifications in mental health coaching, aiming to provide even stronger support for those going through tough times. Just like everyone else, I have had tough times too. I faced days when I felt really anxious and had problems with people close to me. I worked hard on myself, using what I learned to get better at handling stress and becoming stronger through it all. I believe in making life a bit easier for everyone. I know that talking about problems doesn't make them disappear, but it can make them feel lighter and less scary. That's why I decided to be there for others, offering a friendly ear without judging

What Makes Me Different?

A few years ago, I sought help from a young psychologist for my relationship and mental health issues. She was unmarried and hadn't experienced the challenges that come with marriage, work-life balance, conflicts with a spouse, pressure from in-laws, or raising teenage kids. This made me realize the importance of having a counselor who truly understands these struggles.

Having faced all these issues myself, I decided to become a coach for women. I obtained professional certifications and worked hard to develop my skills to guide my clients effectively. At 39, I stand out as a women's mental health counselor because I have walked in your shoes and can relate to your experiences.
