I am also an accredited EMDR Practitioner by the UK and Asia. With a strong foundation in psychological theory and practice, my expertise spans a broad range of mental health issues and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Person-Centered Therapy.
