About Me
I am a Mindset & Emotional Intelligence Coach for ambitious women who are looking to grow, develop and reach their goals with mental, emotional & spiritual stability by doing the inner work, healing core wounds and traumas and rewiring the subconscious mind. I use Islamic Psychology as the foundation of all the work I do so my clients are able to ground and center themselves in faith with the aim of returning to Fitrah; the pure authentic self. I adopt a holistic Compassion Led Approach, integrating Human Psychology, Emotional Intelligence Strategies & Trauma-Informed Care to ensure deep, lasting transformations.
I am extremely passionate about removing the stigma and stereotypes attached to seeking help for mental and emotional health struggles as I know from having worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years that true strength resides in accepting all parts of yourself, including your emotions. My aim is to change the narrative on mental and emotional health where although healing can be difficult, it can also involve light and laughter in a safe, non judgmental space.
Through Islamic Psychology, I guide my clients back to Fitrah; the true state of purity as therein lies the secret to true empowerment. I take you on a journey where you live without limits striving to fulfill your God given purpose without experiencing the internal chaos. A journey where you are able to navigate struggles and tests and achieve your goals with Emotional Intelligence for mental, emotional and spiritual stability.
