About Me
Tranquility By Design is a faith-integrated therapeutic journaling coaching practice dedicated to supporting Muslim women who are highly sensitive. I hold a certification in Therapeutic Journaling Coaching, Mindset Coaching, as well as an undergraduate in Psychology. My practice is rooted in both contemporary coaching and traditional Islamic principles. I have also studied Islamic Psychology with Al Balagh Academy which has helped shape my holistic and spiritually aligned approach. My journey into this field was deeply personal, I struggled with sensory overload, emotional burnout, and navigating a world that often felt “too much.” Through journaling, reflection, and sacred knowledge, I found healing — and now I help other women do the same.
I support Muslim women in building resilience and inner calm using the power of reflective writing and faith-based tools. My coaching is intentionally slow-paced, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each client’s sensitivity and inner world.
My services include:
• 1:1 Therapeutic Journaling Coaching (online, faith-integrated)
• Personalized journaling programs for women
• Emotional regulation tools using Islamic principles
• Guided writing sessions that promote emotional clarity and nervous system calm
• Support for home-based women navigating overwhelm, overstimulation, or emotional burnout
