About Me

I am an Indian settled in the Emirates, with my husband and two children. I have varied interests and a zest for life and learning. I consider myself an ongoing student of life and Deen and look at every experience as a lesson serving as a reminder to return to Allah.

I have a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Madras, India, I am a certified & an ACC level credentialed life coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have an education Islamic studies and Islamic psychology.

I started my coaching practice with the intention to focus on Islamic spirituality and the implementation of the Deen in our day to day lives through the proficiency of coaching methodology, weaving it with authentic Islamic principles, to arrive at the crux of connecting with our Nafs, innate self-awareness and self-discipline to live a life of meaning, contentment and tawakkul with the Qadr of Allah.

I work with clients on a one to one basis, which provides a personalised coaching experience, customised to the clients needs.

1 to 1 Coaching: Low eeman, familial relationships dynamics, parenting predicaments, decision-making, brainstorming, and human-experience based coaching.

My key area of focus is Islamic spirituality and practice, further narrowing it down to the awareness, discipline and connection with our Nafs to live a life of contentment and tawakkul with the Qadr of Allah.

I am currently running a program called 'Nafs Connection' which is a 6 month transformative journey, incorporating all of the aforementioned key areas of focus of my coaching methodology. It aims to fulfill the purpose of our life and Deen by striving to uphold the obligations of worship and purification of the Nafs (self), through self discipline.
