I am Seema, your certified Holistic Life Coach who listens, validates, and empowers moms to gain emotional mastery, confidence and awareness. I am passionate about helping you to reach your highest potential and improve your relationship with yourself as well as others alongside pursuing your passions. I mostly work with moms who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and yearn to change themselves and their relationships for the better.
I help you set and achieve your life goals fast. Together, we work on overcoming your self destructive patterns, emotional struggles, mental blocks, or anything that stands in your way.
I am a mom of four amazing home schooled kids (13yrs). I have been a professional artist for over 12 years. I am free spirited, emotionally intelligent, and highly intuitive. My super power is my ability to see high potential in my clients and providing the needed space for them to transform holistically. I believe that everyone has a 'higher self' that awaits them on the other side of their inner awakening. I am obsessed with human psychology and personality hacking.
I work with my client's individual personality traits to help enhance their understanding of themselves and their unique journey. I love shifting perspectives and witnessing breakthroughs with my clients as they transform quickly into the best version of themselves, holistically (mind, body, and soul). I provide emotional, logical and spiritual perspectives for my clients.
In my own life, it has always been a strong calling to help others. I benefited tremendously from learning how to change my paradigm as I worked on overcoming my mental and emotional blocks. Working alongside coaches and mentors helped me heal and grow myself. My own transformation allowed me to become a loving conscious parent and also pursue my passions. I got professional trainings and certifications to learn the art of high-impact coaching and gained expertise in various modalities including NLP and CBT. It has become a serious passion for me to keep doing this fulfilling work and change many lives.
