About Me
Hi, my name is Sara Younis. I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business Entrepreneurship at the American University in Cairo (AUC). In 2019, I received the Training of Trainers Certificate from Dale Carnegie, and since then I've been designing and delivering training sessions and workshops.
I've also worked as a career advisor at the AUC, critiquing resumes and CVs and helping students and staff identify their skills and potential to create a star resume. In such a role, I achieved more than 150 hours of one-to-one appointments and workshops. In 2020, I completed a leadership course from the AUC and received my certification.
Afterwards, I interned in international companies, including Nestle (Froneri) and Sumerge, as part of the Human Resources department, which further allowed me to provide guidance and insight for those preparing for their interviews and drafting their CVs. Lastly, my experience in teaching Quran and Arabic for children and adults since 2015 allowed me to recently work as an Arabic teacher for non-Arabic speakers in the UK.

Focus Area
- My key area of focus is Business Psychology, where I develop and deliver training sessions for professionals to sharpen their skills and enhance their performance. This include topics in both Business and Psychology such as presentation skills, public speaking, time management, communication skills, stress management, and leadership. In addition, I advise undergrads and job seekers on how to write their resumes/ CVs and prepare for their interviews to land their dream jobs.
