About Me
My name is Saira Faisal, and I am a Certified Psychologist specializing in the treatment of Substance Use Disorder (SUD). I received my Master's degree and an M. Phil. degree in Psychology from University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2012.
I have been working as a Psychologist since 2013. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including adults, and adolescents. I have experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, and I am trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that take into account their unique strengths and challenges.
