  • I guide adults (Male/Female) to connect with their Inner Child's wounds, so they can nurture, heal and let go of whatever is holding them back from creating a relationship where they are thriving not just surviving.
  • I use the Enneagram, Re-Parenting and somatic modalities. Our wounded unconscious mind doesn't allow us to settle in our relationships.

Until we heal our inner child traumas, we psychologically remain a child, and continue to be triggered in our most intimate/marital relationships. Re-parenting is you become your own parent, connecting with your inner child and healing your unmet needs and wounds, because you know yourself best. Your parents may have tried their best to raise you, but now it's your responsibility to accept, grow and heal.
