About Me
I am an integrative, client-centred Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and a BPS-approved supervisor, based in London, UK. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from NUST, Islamabad, and I am a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
With over 8 years of experience, I have worked across oncology care, palliative care, private practice, and international organisations. My career has given me the opportunity to support a wide range of people — from individuals managing clinical concerns to high-functioning professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and senior academics seeking resilience, growth, and balance.
As a Muslim psychologist, I offer therapy that is both evidence-based and faith-aware. I believe spirituality is an important resource and include it in my conceptualisation when clients wish, helping them integrate mind, heart, and faith in their healing journey. I also have a particular speciality in supporting South Asian clients (local and diaspora) through culturally nuanced challenges.
I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs using:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Hypnotherapy
• Mindfulness-Based Approaches
• Solution-Focused Therapy
