About Me
I am a Certified Life Coach and an Essence of Life Practitioner. I follow the ISLAM model of coaching where I coach women to help them achieve their goals and rediscover their purpose in life. I help women in building their self confidence and live a life that is meaningful, progressive and positive. My vision is to help women break the cycle of cultural patterns and generational trauma and emerge as a true muslimah who fulfills her duty as a wife, daughter, mother and other roles fairly and justly. I help new mothers by supporting them as I feel that postpartum is a phase where mothers need a lot of love, support and care. Having gone through a series of experiences in my own life, I decided to help women have a voice and stand up for what is right.
Life coaching skills like confidence building, finding purpose in life, holding a space and providing a support base to new mothers, helping women coping with traumatic experiences, making them aware of their rights and building connection to Allah swt.
