About Me
As a certified coach since 2019, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals in their journey towards self-improvement and positive self-image. Since 2020, I have been providing impactful psychological support sessions, fostering growth and resilience in those I work with. I am proud to be a co-founder of Impactful Awareness, an initiative aimed at creating positive change in individuals' lives. In addition, my experience as a Coordinator at Al Othman Charitable Foundation in a project for orphans, coupled with my role as an Administrative and Finance Coordinator, has equipped me with a versatile skill set to navigate the complexities of project management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Training Coordinator at Growth Training Center, I am deeply committed to facilitating learning experiences that empower individuals to reach their full potential. In 2024, I am honored to take on the role of JCI Beirut President, where I plan to contribute to community development and leadership.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively engage in various capacities to share knowledge and support others. As a secretary at Flow Association for Psychological First Aid, I contribute to mental health initiatives. My role as a trainer assistant in numerous training sessions as a Master NLP practitioner reflects my commitment to continuous learning and development. Recently completing the TOTINLPTA and Teaching Recovery Techniques training by the Children & War Foundation further demonstrates my dedication to staying at the forefront of effective coaching methodologies.
My outreach extends to multimedia platforms, where I host the "Hiwar Moustafiz" podcast on Hiwar Moustafiz's YouTube channel. I had the privilege of participating in an episode of the "Ayn TV" radio program in Oman, broadening the scope of my influence. Additionally, my written contributions, including several articles published in Al Nahar online newspaper, Al Raseef, and Al Safa News on diverse topics such as relationships, reflect my commitment to sharing valuable insights with a wider audience.
On the educational front, I hold a Teaching Diploma, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance. These qualifications underscore my commitment to a holistic approach in fostering personal and professional development.
