My name is Rasha, originally from Iraq and currently residing in the UAE. I embarked on my journey into coaching three years ago with a strong desire to expand my knowledge and understand more about the human mind and its potential for a healthy and balanced life. Exploring this field has allowed me to not only improve my own mindset but also assist others in navigating their lives more successfully.

Beginning with a diploma in life coaching at level 3, my initial aim was to enhance my understanding of self and problem management. As I witnessed the positive impact on my own life, I became motivated to extend this knowledge to help individuals attain their goals and gain clarity about their personalities.

Building on this foundation, I pursued an ICF certification as a life coach, aiming to deepen my expertise and offer more comprehensive support. Furthering my commitment to aiding others, I ventured into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which equipped me with powerful strategies to facilitate personal growth and transformation.

My dedication to understanding and assisting individuals led me to specialize in PTSD (Trauma and Phobia Healing), focusing on healing and overcoming deep-seated challenges. Recently, I acquired certification in hypnotherapy, which broadened my ability to guide individuals in understanding their subconscious and effectively addressing their personal issues.
