About Me
I am a certified Psychologist/psychotherapist, I completed my M-Phil in Clinical Psychology and later did multiple certifications in advanced counselling and psychotherapy, Central awarding body (CPCAB) UK. I counsel people in various mental health issues including grief, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, borderline disorder & self esteem issues.
I am incredibly passionate about helping individuals on their mental health journey. As a certified Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I have dedicated my life to providing support and guidance to those facing mental health challenges.
My approach is all about creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can open up, share their thoughts, and begin their healing process. I firmly believe that building trust and rapport is the foundation of effective therapy, and I am committed to forging meaningful connections with each of my clients. Moreover– I am also a spiritual healing practitioner. I believe that true healing encompasses not only the mind but also the spirit. I aim to help individuals achieve a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
All my sessions are tailored according to the clients needs.
I work through fragments, splits, enactments and role plays to help bring awareness of certain patterns and their underlying reasons in each person's unique personality traits and their therapeutic goals on which we decide upon the healing process.
