About Me

I am a holistic Wellness coach from the UK. From a young age I have always been interested in health and wellbeing. Quite a few personal events happened in my life to look into this subject such as my severe hay fever where I had to be hospitalised(which no longer happens), when my wife had severe stomach pain and she saw 4 specialists in the hospital and they all had no idea what the issues was or what to do. After doing research, I changed her diet and lifestyle and the pain was gone. After this success I looked into common issues and how to live a healthy life, looking into diabetes, gut issues, skin issues,mental health and many more and have helped people over the past couple years. In 2019 I finished my studies to be a nutrition consultant with a distinction but one thing I realised that health and wellness is an on-going study so I am continuing my studies and conduct my own research. Currently I am studying with Cornell University, "nutrition and healthy living" certificate Programme, where I am learning about the following -

I have completed 4 of these courses and have 2 to complete by the end of the year. I am also a Podcast host to my own show called, "The Healthspot with Omar". The reason for this podcast is to answer this question - " What does someone do if the NHS/hospital/doctor has no solution to the problem? my Podcast offers natural solutions to Chronic diseases and releases episodes every 2nd Sunday of the month on Youtube, Spotify, Apple podcasts and Amazon music. I am planning to do further courses in future. Over the past 3 years I have done webinars and Conferences at Islamic Relief talking about health tips, mental health and what to look out for and mainly how to be a healthy person. I also have a healthy food stall that I do for big events called the Acai bowl - famous in America, An açai bowl is a layer of Açai topped with granola and fruit. The difference with my product is that the granola is made by me - why? because the granola from stores is full of unhealthy ingredients that are only in there for mass production and being cheap.
