About Me

Hello! I am Nour, 28 years old. learning about humans and their behaviors, how to heal and work together has always been my deepest passion. I am a Trauma Release Hypnotherapist, Holistic Coach and Breathwork facilitator. My journey started when I decided to move to Bali to heal myself. I learnt from the best healers and guides in the field. I healed myself from constant yeast infections, panic attacks, and BPD and many other chronic pains in my body.

My sessions are heavily based on the wisdom of our bodies. I help my clients connect deeply to their bodies in a safe space so they can access forgotten memories that still hold negative emotional charge to release the emotions and help resolve their inner conflicts. I deal specifically with clients who are anxious, depressed, ADHD, disconnected from themselves, their environment and their bodies or have any kind of physical pain in their body including diseases and disorders.

I believe heavily that any physical ailment has an emotional root to it and once we learn to go to the root cause and regulate our nervous system, we learn to heal ourselves and live happy, relaxed and fulfilling lives.

I have helped many clients heal from hormonal imbalances, PCOS, constant Migraines, eczema, chronic stress, and chronic physical pain.

I help people trust themselves, surrender to life, connect to themselves, be more playful in life and let go of any traumas and heaviness that they feel. I do so with such lightness and playfulness because despite what people think, healing doesn't have to be so heavy, we can always experience fun and play even during the most emotionally intense times. it's actually quite healthy to be in connection with that part of ourselves, awakening our inner child to experience life with curiosity and beauty.

I am also super empathetic, and I believe having a trusted relationship with my client is super important in the healing process. I care a lot about their journeys, successes and failures. I also know for a fact that the work I am doing is my path, mission, purpose and Dharma in life.

My sessions are extremely transformative, knowing quiet well that they're going to leave my sessions 100% better than they started.

I consider myself a natural healer, for myself first and then others.
