Hello! I'm Nazia Hameed Kunnumal, a counselor committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth. With a deep passion for helping others and a wealth of experience, I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns and find effective solutions.
I completed my Diploma in Counseling Psychology NSRDC accredited, India and currently perusing another Diploma in counseling psychology from AIPC Australian university and am a certified in NLP, CBT and completed my certificate in Online and online telephone counseling BACP. Im a certified Life Coach. I have worked in various counseling environments, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of clients' unique needs and challenges.
My expertise lies in family therapy, sisters and teenagers counseling and guidance, and I have assisted individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I believe in tailoring my approach to suit each client's specific goals, drawing from evidence-based techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
