About Me
I am Narjes, originally from Syria, and residing in Sweden. I am 32 years old, a devoted wife, and the proud mother of two wonderful daughters. My educational path led me to achieve a bachelor's degree in education from Damascus University. Currently, I'm furthering my education in Sweden. I have an NLP diploma. In April 2023, I successfully completed a one-year program at the ITC Academy in London, obtaining a certificate in kids and teenagers life coach.
I am also getting training as a general life coach with a focus on working with adults, and I will obtain my license and accreditation in this field within the next three months after a year of study. I have developed an anger management workshop for teenagers, now I am developing a mindful eating program for adults.
Coaching is not psychological therapy, and the coaching session is not a neurological or psychological session, but rather an hour-long session through which I help you understand yourself, overcome difficulties, and achieve development.
I assist in recognizing and understanding your emotions, enabling you to effectively navigate challenging feelings like anger and fear, while simultaneously enhancing your emotional intelligence.
Additionally, I can aid in the elimination of detrimental thought patterns that obstruct your progress toward achieving your aspirations. I help you identify your inner dialogue and modify it to support your personal growth. Through a combination of practical tools, techniques, and exercises, I provide guidance both during and between our sessions.
Our coaching sessions are characterized by a collaborative and interactive approach, with the coach and client working together to attain specific objectives. These objectives may include managing various emotional states, attaining a greater sense of equilibrium and contentment in life, or boosting self-confidence.
