About Me
My work centres on the struggles people carry quietly.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, low mood, identity questions, academic pressure, addiction, and relationship or marital strain. I have a particular interest in boys' and men's mental health, and spiritually integrated care.
In the therapy room, my aim is to understand my clients. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative and systems work, while always adapting the process to your context.
Outside the consulting room, I have worked in universities, schools, corporate settings, hospitals, community spaces and media houses, delivering talks and workshops. I have published a peer-reviewed academic article and widely read op-eds for the Daily Maverick and IOL.
