About Me
Being blessed to go through university and many years working, have also trained as a Coach and Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis. But where did it start?
From a young age, whilst starting a spiritual journey of faith, I began helping others in the community with their shopping as we lived near a large supermarket. Overtime I wanted to be a teacher but then didn't want all the extra marking, planning, etc all weekends amd evenings. Then looking into counselling saw this is great but then didn't want to work on issues for many months or years. And thought there had to be another way.
Then I found coaching. To have gone through working with clients for them to say the relief they had after 6 months of CBT is the same relief they had after the first session; I realised something special had been found. I found my calling.
It doesn't stop there as upon this calling to help others amd impact their lives in a short time, powerfully with lasting change; comes with challenges and a price. As everything in life comes with a price and moreso namely; sacrifice!. As life is never plain sailing. Is it?
From becoming a coach to sustain the growth was a challenge and a learning curve. Family and friends didn't really understand my journey, my vision and my purpose. It through me inside and out, back into work one more than once.
Challenges as a man, as a guy to balance family, work, responsibilities, and taking this off the ground. As everyone starts a novice, not every plate keeps spinning, not every hat stays on.
On this journey took many twists, turns, roadblocks, breakdowns, diversions, traffic jams. Yet just like when on a journey these days we use our phones to keep us on track, I also had coaches to keep on track. Slowly but surely, life began to follow and dreams began to unfold with obstacles bigger than mountains began to crumble.
Once again, faith began to grow even more.
Going through such allows to understand what other men and women maybe going through. It gives a perspective from faith and allows one to see what others can't, or don't want to see, due to being afraid of what they will say or of the outcome.
Have worked with many clients to overcome stress, anxiety, overcome emotional baggage, achieve goals, relationships - including couples.
Having been on TV many times and as a radio presenter of a weekly show has just built upon the past amd to give back even more.
