About Me

I am working towards becoming a qualified counsellor and at the moment I am doing Counselling and Spiritual Mentoring. I have studied the Quran and Hadith with various scholars and also have a Level 2 qualification in counselling.

I have a good knowledge of mental health as well as spiritual development.

I have worked with many people in helping them understand the deen and also have helped and supported many people in getting better in their recovery journey. I have a few of certifications in this field, some include self esteem and confidence, medicine. Health and well being and many more. I offer basic counselling also spiritual mentoring where I help people to realise the purpose of life and support people who are struggling with mental health or anything else to get better.

I believe people will benefit for my services as i have lived experience of mental health which is Ruhaniyah in Arabic meaning Spirituality. Also i have knowledge of quran and hadith and have experience of working with many people locally and globally.
