About Me
My name is Muhammad Torkey. I am a Psychologist with six years of experience and have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mansoura University. I specialise in individual sessions for adolescents and adults, using different therapeutic approaches, such as Striatal Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing Psychodrama. I facilitate many therapy groups and support groups related to loss and grief to help people deal with their loss and grief, this is one of my favourite. I offer individual sessions for people suffering from psychological disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, as well as Personality Disorders such as borderline personality disorder and addiction. I also prefer to work with people who have experienced loss as well as those who have lived through it Childhood abuse, children from troubled families.

I can provide a safe and comfortable space for the person so that he can express himself in a safe space. I can also build a strong therapeutic relationship, which is one of the most important steps in treatment.
Focus Area
