About Me
My life has never been ordinary, it has always been full of events and changes. I consider every hardship as a gift that has helped improve my thoughts and my view of life and people. I am still learning as long as I breathe.
Since my childhood, I have loved innovation and change starting from my clothes and style to the color of my room and furniture in my house. But over the years, I have discovered that we can also change our thoughts, beliefs, and habits.
Despite studying information technology and working in different fields, my dream has always been to help women in a non-traditional way. The biggest dream that has not yet been realized is a place for women to have their own world for relaxation, enjoyment, and self-care physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I have indeed studied various certificates, but with one goal in mind, which is to prepare a special program for women to help them live a better life, develop healthy habits to replace unhealthy habits, and take care of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
As a mom of five kids, Im enthusiastic about introducing yoga to the kids. Because creativity is important in my life, Ive combined yoga, stories, and activities in my classes with the kids. I enjoy using storytelling as a way to teach them about values and a positive attitude.
We are drawing up a plan of priorities and objectives together and working on it through:
First, the physical side of exercise, whether its power or flexibility, and the way you enter everyday health habits, changes your lifestyle, and youre rid of practices that cause physical and mental illness as well, and you know the science of the Ayurveda and nature helps us to live a better life in food, drink, and personal care as well.
Second, the mental aspect is that you work on your ideas and develop yourself, which helps to make decisions properly.
Three, the emotional side, and you control your emotions, your emotions, your nervousness, your stress, your depression, and your trauma, this violin is associated with physical exercise, your breathing exercise.
Fourth, the spiritual part is that we work in worship, and self-censorship, and strive together to promote ourselves and to promote worship and faith.
Women's health program: I use my yoga certificate in a sports program for the body with flexibility and strength exercises to build strong muscles and a healthy body to help get rid of persistent and annoying pains and achieve fitness and an appropriate body shape.
Then how to overcome psychological traumas and get rid of anxiety, stress, and depression because psychological traumas affect ones personality, thoughts, and actions. Women also face pressures due to responsibilities in raising and caring for children, taking care of their homes, husbands, themselves, and sometimes their work as well.
I can help women in the health aspect and understand the changes that occur in a womans body, how hormones affect the body, how to understand each stage she goes through, and the prevention of important diseases that affect women or how to deal with them.
I use my Islamic studies certificate to help women in matters related to self-purification to cleanse themselves, elevate themselves, and get rid of heart diseases, which helps in peace of mind, getting rid of attachment, anxiety, sadness, and having patience and good morals.
Children's health program:
1- Physically: help them improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
2- Mindfulness and relaxation: breathing exercises and mindfulness sessions.
3- Emotional: they learn how to express themselves positively, and build confidence.
4- Storytelling: to teach them good character and a positive attitude.
5- Fun and Enjoyment: activities and games to teach them team building, and social interaction.
6- Spiritual: creating a learning environment that introduces them to the values of Islam in an effective way through interactive storytelling, activities, and games.
