My name is Marcela Osman and I am a certified NLP Professional Coach, NLP Practitioner & Healthy Lifestyle Consultant. In other words, Mindset & Behavior Coach who will help you set up the life of your dreams!

During the past 20 years, I lived & worked in 8 different countries working in a corporate environment while coaching people as my second way of income. Now Im a wife, mom & stepmom living in Egypt fulfilling my lifes mission by helping other women. I am also working as a Program Director at a local NGO developing awareness workshops and providing coaching services.

As someone who wasnt born Muslim & without Arabic background, my journey and challenges are different and thus, I am able to understand and help other expat women in re-establishing their personal and/or professional life in a new country.

With me they learn how to adapt, manage cultural diversity and communication, strengthen their identity and work with their emotions to balance old & new life.

I also work with Muslim women who require my coaching services, because they feel challenged by cultural norms too. Their fear of judgment is lower and the coaching process is more effective.

As a result my clients build courage & confidence to change what needs to be changed, they find ways of connecting to the culture around them, and improve relationships, self-management & well-being. Their self-sabotaging ideas are removed and they are able to set & achieve goals that help them thrive!

My coaching approach is rather holistic, connecting body - mind - soul and tailored to your personal needs and desires, because, in my belief, it is the most effective and proven way towards sustainable change & transformation.
