About Me
My name is Madiha, I am a trauma therapist and mindset coach specialising in nervous system and somatic work to heal mental and emotional challenges via a holistic based approach. I did my own emotional healing before helping clients with theirs. I have been seeing to clients online and offline for a year now and have worked within the past year with a range of clients from different ethnicities ranging from 3-6 months. I have helped clients get off anxiety medication, heal childhood trauma, become the best versions of themselves, clear generational trauma, move past their limiting beliefs, land better paying jobs, find their self worth, deal with sexual trauma, reignite their femininity, speak up for themselves and so much more.
I feel you should book my services because not only have I studied it myself but I embodied everything I work through with my clients, I have been for the therapy and healing myself before taking on clients so I am coming in from a place of embodiment and experience of the mind - body connection after doing my own healing and inner work.
Services:
I offer a 6 - 12 month intensive 1:1 healing and therapy with me where we work intimately on where you are mentally and emotionally and where you would like to be. It consists of brain retraining, somatic work, nervous system regulation, mind therapies and so forth where we get to the root of your issues so we can dismantle all the pain and traumas you have been carrying to finally feel and become who you are truly meant to be, achieve and embody.
