About Me
I am a clinical psychologist (MS Clinical Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Child & Adult Psychotherapy, BS Clinical Psychology). I blog about personal growth and mental health on my socials and have conducted several live sessions for discussing mental health issues with other experts in the field. I also conduct training and wellbeing sessions for teachers, parents, teenagers, and corporate population. I help my clients with their personal, professional, and social life problems pertaining to mental health.
My experience:
Currently I am practicing remotely as a Corporate Wellbeing Counselor at Wellbees, Turkey. I also conduct private online sessions with parents, young adults and teenagers.
I have been working remotely with a private organization called House of Pebbles as a Clinical Psychologist. I have worked as a Senior Psychologist at MIND organization. I have also worked as an IEP Therapist at National Special Education School and completed my internship at Mayo Hospital and Fountain House, Lahore. Moreover, I have worked for a few months as a School Psychologist in Government Girls High School as a part of another internship.
My expertise:
I have expertise working with young adults, teenagers, corporate population, parents and teachers. I have experience treating and helping with depression, anxiety, thought related issues, emotional issues, anger management issues, stress and time management issues, communication problems, relationship problems, boundary setting, enhancing self-esteem, problem solving, personal growth, and work-life balance.
I provide relationship counselling, pre and post marital counseling, parental counselling, counselling to women for feminine issues, teenagers and young adults for day to day mental health issues. I provide awareness sessions as well to women, teenagers, young adults and children regarding sexual abuse and molestation. I have expertise in designing personalized plans of treatment and management for above-mentioned problems. I provide mental wellbeing sessions to corporate population and provide psycho-education to parents and teachers for better handling of children and teens as well.
