Helping customers look at the long run game – i.e. saving on OPEX as opposed to the one-time purchase savings. An empathetic leader who believes in treating others fairly and leaning towards deep understanding of others, which led into a coaching journey.

As a multi-faceted certified coach ORSC helping deliver profound results by focusing on surfacing and clarifying emotional processes, recognizing and dealing with toxic emotional processes, clarifying how people communicate and why people stop communicating, understating the apparent and not apparent roles that impact a relationship and identifying & dealing with conflict.
