I perceive myself as a passionate and determined individual with a strong desire to assist people, whether their needs pertain to matters of faith (Deen) or the worldly aspects of life (Dunya). While my primary focus centers on youth development and leadership, my perspective is more comprehensive. It encompasses the entire community because, more often than not, it is the community that requires attention and care.

Growing up in the Western world as a native Arab has granted me a unique perspective, one that motivated me to pursue Islamic Studies at a professional institution later in life. My motivation wasn't purely academic; it stemmed from years of both paid and voluntary community work.

My inspiration to undertake this path arose from my own challenging experiences as a teenager in the West. Whether it was the absence of adequate mental health support within the Muslim community during times of depression, the struggle to find the right guidance and someone to confide in, or the realization that many of our younger brothers and sisters were neglected and unheard, I felt compelled to find solutions for those facing difficulties. I aimed to create a safer environment for them through relevant Islamic education and a broader understanding of the community within a larger context.

My passion lies in empowering people, witnessing their growth, and alleviating their suffering, all while instilling in them the confidence that their actions align with sound Islamic principles. I firmly believe that if I can alleviate the suffering of even one person, we are taking steps toward building a stronger Ummah (Muslim community).

To me, knowledge that cannot be applied in the real world is knowledge wasted. I have personally demonstrated this by applying what I've learned in each subject at a university level to practical work with people. It remains the most fulfilling aspect of my work, motivating me to eagerly embrace each new day.

I have been teaching Quran since 16 years of age, and I've participated in 6 competitions globally (New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia). I currently run IjazahInternational.com with other International Qaris. Currently, I hold Ijazah in Hafs, and I'm studying Qiraat between Palestine and Egypt along with my Sharia work.

Quranic Expertise: With nearly 20 years of international experience, I specialize in Quran recitation, memorization, and Ijazah certification. I also prepare students for Quranic competitions.

Imam Counseling: With a decade of experience, I provide counsel on a broad spectrum of issues, including marriage, divorce, and youth-related challenges like addiction (such as sex, pornography, and drugs).

Online Homeschooling: Whether you're looking to homeschool your children or enhance their education, I offer online instruction in subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Sciences, Islamic Studies, Quran, Arabic, and STEM Engineering. This service is tailored for both Muslim and non-Muslim students.

Youth Engagement: I have eight years of hands-on experience working with youth, addressing issues related to violent crime, prison visits, extremism, gangs, and more.

Community Building: With six years of experience, I assist in setting up new Masjid committees, navigating legal considerations, establishing NGOs, and managing Masjid operations.

Arabic Instruction: I offer Arabic language instruction for non-Arabic speakers, using resources such as Al-Arabiyyah bayn Yadaik and Medinah Arabic, with a track record of delivering results.

New Muslim Support: I provide guidance and support for new Muslims, helping with their transition into the faith. I spent one year with the New Muslim Project in New Zealand and continued to volunteer for two additional years.

Mental Health and Refugee Support: With over a decade of experience, I assist individuals dealing with depression, addiction, anxiety, and those from refugee backgrounds.

Sharia Guidance: For comprehensive Sharia-related advice, I offer independent consultation, along with collaboration with a team of Certified Al-Azhar Graduates. Additionally, I'm currently pursuing a Master's program in Islamic Studies at the International Open University, allowing me to stay updated on contemporary issues in the Western context.
