About Me

I'm an emotional freedom coach, EFT practitioner, and stress relief fairy. As an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) myself, I especially identify with other sensitive souls.

Life is full of big and little stresses. Not all stress is bad. And even the best aspects of our life come with it. But no matter what type of stress it is - our brain and body still feel it. And for many of us sensitive folks, this constant stream of stress can get really overwhelming and tough to manage. It can also have a debilitating impact on how we show up to our relationships, work, and other daily aspects of our life.

I help my clients process and release built-up stress and tension that has them feeling drained and burned out. Coaching sessions are a chance to tap back into the body, build self-regulation skills, and tend to the nervous system. Together, we develop a personalized and realistic toolbox to handle stress (and the life complications it brings up) in a productive and holistic way.

The circumstances of a situation might not change, but with the right tools and support - YOU can respond in a totally different way.
